3 Influential Trailers

'The Interview' trailer is influential to me because:
  1. I like the first person filming as it gives an air of realism to the trailer.
  2. I also like the documentary style adopted by this trailer again making the it feel more real
  3. One part of this trailer has a camera lying on its side, we liked this style of filming and have used it a couple of times in the trailer.
  4. I also like the use of the time and date in the bottom corner when first person filming is applied

The 'My Amityville Horror' trailer is influential to my trailer in a few ways. These are:
  1.  It has a reporter speaking in the background at times helping to make the trailer flow.
  2. I also like how it shows news paper cuttings, increasing the realism.

'The Collection' trailer has given us a couple of idea's. For example:
  1. The mise en scene in this trailer is good and relevent to our film, for example the party goers outfits and the mask of the killer.
  2. It has a few first person clips from interesting angles and through objects.
  3. The way the name of the film fades onto the screen is also quite cool.
