Update 10

Today Charlotte and I recorded the heavy breathing that features towards the end of our trailer. I then put it onto Final Cut Pro, rendered it and fit it to the trailer and timings.

Charlotte is doing another horror trailer timeline and I am also going to do another one. Then we shall have a look at how our trailer currently plays out in accordance to this and in turn edit it so that it fits the convention of a trailer.

Still to do:

  • Edit the character profile for Katie to fit with the new actress.
  • 2nd Timeline
  • Film the long shot that goes before the first clip seen on our storyboard
  • The 3 media students going into the woods
  • Meeting the other girls
  • Film the girls being hung,
  • The girls in the shed,
  • The door from the inside of the shed
  • A pan of the woods
  • Camera lying on its side on the ground and the killer appearing
  • Add the static/'Fuzz'
In the trailer we want it to start out with quite light tones, indicating that the scenes are happy and carefree. Then as the trailer progresses it will get darker to show tension and to increase the 'scary' factor.
